Funkytime EP

Next on Fracture Recordings label artist and DBE long-standing resident DJ Jake Twell is back with a tech-driven EP containing three original tracks with his unique take on the House genre. Let Me See U Move is a great track to kick off the mix – the vocal is addictive and hits all the right places, and the bassline keeps the energy up as the track switches up layers to provide a constantly evolving house music piece. Funkytime is a collaboration with Axxx and has a familiar funky bassline with excellent percussion to keep the track moving. The atmosphere throughout is on point, and several synths added into the mix make this a well-crafted funky house banger. Jamaican Girl Style is a spacious and bouncy house track with several key tech-inspired elements. This track showcases Jake’s ability to make trippy house music that sounds great on any sound system and the siren synths add to the wavey vibe that he’s created in the track. Having joined the label on our very first release, Jake has consistently provided us and our fans with great house music, and has most certainly delivered with his Funkytime EP.
